How bout a big C 130 that drops mini fpv Jdams but model the Jdams from rpg7 warheads with fpv,pop out wings that can glide to target with the C130 able to hold 2 or 4 glide bombs....Ukraine would thank you. Also im not familiar with modern FPV capabilities but could the signal for the mini JDAMs be relayed off the C130 allowing smaller cheaper fpv gear on the Minis?

Built that backwards. The A-10 is not an aircraft with a gun attached, it’s a gun with a plane attached. Seriously, super cool build.

As a recent enthousiast of RC planes I think you missed a HUGE opportunity with just this single 13 min video..... You could have documented this amazing built in multiple 20+min videos and it WILL be watched! I don't believe that I am the only one on the planet who - instead of watching cr*p on tv/streaming - binge watch multiple episodes on a built; from unboxing to the final product.

Great video and build. Highly appreciate sharing CAD files but would be best to cleanup CAD before sharing. I had to edit so many files and do so many reprints to successfully complete this build i could have easily started from scratch...

Your mistake at the end isn't necessary weight itself. I think you put too haavy part directly after engine, that's why your plane couldn't aim up. Try to install engine at front and try to leverage mass of it (use smaller batteries and connect them)

Called it! Resin is harder and more brittle. Your results are exactly what I would expect! I've seen resin used for making near perfect molds for poly or rubber seals though... I'm sure it has its uses that go beyond what other prints could hope to do.

what is the generative design tool that u used

hey if you ever get the idea to make another one from the ground up , may i suggest a different route of building the fuselage and chasis frame. you can get tig wire/filler rod, any metal type will do. a 10 pound tube should be more than enough. you can bend these and tack them to form a hoop frame chasis or 3dprint fasteners after you bend them to connect them together if you dont have a welder or torch setup. you could probablly get away with brazing them together as well. this design would survice any type of crash landing, your exterior may not but if you make it modular you could print backup pieces that snap and fit onto the hoopframe chasis .
